Audi tfsi waterpump
Waterpump found to be leaking, so new genuine pump and belt fitted.
Disco 4 - Rear fuel pump cambelt
Here is a TDV6 that required the rear fuel pump cambelt replacing. This is usually a big job a main dealer will quote to take the body off the chassis / engine on a ramp to gain access to the rear of the engine. Here at AZS we can do them in situ on the ground saving time and money!
Cambelts
Lots of cambelts carried out over the years and quite rightly so, such an important part of any cars maintenance not to be neglected.
Timing chain replacement and oil pump
This BMW 1 series was suffering with a noisy timing chain due to lack of oil pressure from the oil pump. New complete chain kit, variators, solenoids and new oil pump.
Rear diff replacement and haldex service
Freelander 2 that had a noisy rear diff and scrabbling rear end. Reconditioned rear diff unit fitted and complete haldex clean out and service with new oils and filter.
Various electrical work
Here is a little selection of some previous, wiring repairs that have been tackled and electrical issues / installs
Rear crank oil seal, dual mass and clutch repacement
This transit 2.2 had a new rear main crank seal, dual mass flywheel and complete clutch kit replacement. Good for many more years to come!
Servicing
You just never know what you might find! Here is an air filter from a vehicle in for its regular routine service full with tree seeds that has been sucked up restricting air flow! Just shows the importance of keeping on top of your regular servicing.
Exhausts
New cat back exhaust system and rear valance on this Audi A1 to tidy up the rear end nicely.
Brakes
This vehicle came in with a bad brake judder, on closer inspection the brakes were in much worse shape then the customer was aware of! A new set of brakes discs and pads and they were back on the road as good as new again.
